Is The MarTech Summit London worth two days out of the office?

Two days in London, one real question

Every marketer has a problem waiting on their desk. Maybe it’s an AI pilot that never left the sandbox, a CRM that doesn’t talk to the rest of the stack, or a measurement debate with finance that keeps going in circles.

The best reason to attend a conference is to find a better answer to that problem. That’s the lens we used for this issue.

ContentGrip is a media partner of The MarTech Summit London, which takes place at Convene 155 Bishopsgate on November 10 and 11, 2026. Here’s what’s worth knowing.

1. The agenda is split by the job you actually do

Day 1 is a plenary stage on martech trends: customer-centric marketing, AI-powered personalization, stack integration, first-party data and privacy, and workflow automation.

Day 2 splits into two stages. The B2C stage covers loyalty, customer journeys, first-party data and AI. The B2B stage covers account-based marketing, demand generation, sales alignment and B2B metrics. You can see the full breakdown in the agenda.

2. The speakers are practitioners, not just vendors

The lineup spans retail, banking, media, sport and telecoms. A few worth circling:

  • Ishaan Kaul, Director of AI Adoption and Creativity at Reckitt
  • Katrina Broster, Director of Marketing Performance and Technology at the Financial Times
  • Sesi Sijuade, Director of Marketing Technologies at Barclays
  • Helen Bennett, Director of Marketing Ops, Insight and Research at Liverpool FC
  • George Williams, Global Head of Public Web Services and Content at HSBC

Pick the speakers whose constraints look like yours, then use the Q&A to get past the polished case study.

3. AI agents are showing up in the side rooms too

Some of the most useful conversations may happen in the breakout roundtables. This year’s include sessions on AI marketing agents with Supermetrics, building an AI-ready marketing organization with Hightouch, and email marketing in 2027 with Validity.

If agents are on your roadmap, our recent piece on how AI agents are exposing marketing’s workflow debt is good prep reading.

4. The room is senior and the format is built for talking

Around 600 attendees are expected, with 85% at Director level or above. Breakfasts, lunches, evening drinks and discussion breakouts are all built into the two days.

Last year’s edition drew 550+ attendees from 22+ countries across 38+ sessions, according to the organizer’s 2025 post-summit report.

Who should go? Marketers responsible for customer journeys, B2B teams tying campaigns to revenue, leaders reviewing their stack, and anyone trying to make AI work inside real workflows. Skip it if you want a beginner’s introduction to digital marketing.
